Banana Cake

Banana Cake

Yay! Banana cake! My mom loved it and so is my sis. It’s super moist and like it that way.

Here’s a copy if ya like. Doesn’t have to be exact. I did mine without the vanilla and 1 cup flour ‘cuz I don’t like it cakey. The trick is to have very ripe bananas, don’t mash them too hard, and not over mix the batter.

Oatmeal Cookies

I’ve done this once and I’ve done it again. My family love these cookies so much I think they asked for it the third time now. It’s chewy, crunchy, and oh so delicious. The sweetness is just right for me. This is an easy recipe and I just searched for it in the internet. My father wanted me to add raisins but I didn’t. I…don’t like raisins.

Pina Colada

I had no fancy pina colada glass so I had to use the ones at home. Besides it’s expensive and these are the only nice lookin’ glasses I have. But at least I put pineapple slices for deco, yes? This is a non-alcoholic type because of me and family. I first tasted pina colada in Cheesecake Factory and I just want to make one for future snackin’.

Pina Colada

Yield: 2 glasses

-4 ounces cream of coconut
-4 ounces pineapple juice
-2 cups ice
-2 slices pineapple and maraschino cherries for garnish

1. Put the cream of coconut, ice, and pineapple juice in a blender. Blend until the ice is crushed. Pour it into two glasses. Garnish with a pineapple slice and a
maraschino cherry.

Kingdom Hearts Sea Salt Ice Cream

Even though I lost my interest in Kingdom Hearts I will always love this one. It’s sooo good like what heaven feels like. The saltines and the sweetness in perfect harmony. The color of turquoise, the memory of KH *sigh*. I remember my sister’s friend came and took some. She liked it so much that when we finished the whole ice cream she asked if there’s more. I reply with a sad No and she too felt like life is not good without sea salt ice cream *sniff*.

Anyway here’s a link. They’re right about going easy with the salt:

Harry Potter Butterbeer

Damn this mug is too big for a cold and tasty BUTTERBEER! I love this beverage. Not a fan of the world of Harry Potter but who cares, right? So curious of how it tastes like so I searched and looked at thousands of different versions of this. My sister’s a fan so I dedicate this mug o’ beer to ‘er. I had a few of it left and was full so I converted it into a popsicle.

I forgot which one I picked so I let you decide. Link:

Whew. That was a LOT of ingredients but it was worth it. It’s delicious and was my first time making it so I had to search a tutorial on how to properly cook one.

It took some time and made it a dinner but my relatives didn’t even get some so I ate it all. Hmph. No thanks whatsoever. I made it for us but hmph. Is it the celery? Because I realize I don’t like celery. Also no need for rice because it’s plenty enough meat and veggies.

Graham Balls

An easy dessert to make. You can put toppings of any sweet thing you want. Be crazy with it. Fill it or sprinkle. It’s up to you.

Here’s la link of this sweetness:

Deviled Eggs

Mmm…love it. Gonna add more paprika and maybe chili next time. Me want spicy! Make it buuurn.

Cheese Sticks

They’re suppose to be twisty but the dough ain’t firm enough. Was in a hurry but it taste nice. Wonder if I should try mozzarella…nope. It’ll melt I think.
